Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Client Services Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be a key player in a leading financial protection and supplemental health benefits solutions provider, where your primary job function will be to support the administrative needs of the team and ensure the accuracy of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage customer credit applications

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action as required

• Assist in the administration of third-party insurance claims

• Provide support to account managers by supplying necessary information

• Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks

• Contribute to team efforts by multitasking and balancing multiple projects

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal leave and paid leave programs

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entry. Requirements • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a client services environment.

• Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

• Familiarity with administrative procedures and office management is a must.

• Ability to understand and navigate health insurance coverage and related procedures.

• Experience in dealing with insurance claims, insurance companies, and third-party insurance carriers.

• Demonstrated ability to verify insurance coverage and manage claim administration.

• Proficient in claims processing, with a keen eye for details and accuracy.

• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both clients and insurance companies.

• Ability to swiftly learn new processes and systems related to insurance and claims handling.
