This role will be based in Phoenix, Minneapolis or Atlanta. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Client Management Support Specialist will support the needs and projects for the assigned sector leadership team, which includes up to 15 members. This role is critical in establishing and maintaining project tools to support our Medicaid growth strategy, focusing on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the sector. The Support Specialist will continuously enhance their knowledge of GHSC services and the competitive landscape while developing strong working relationships within their sector and across other sectors to achieve our business goals.

We will count on you to:

  • Serve as the coordinator for the sector leadership team by implementing action plans, maintaining project plans, and monitoring progress.
  • Interpret data through dashboard integration and create tools to inform business decisions that align with our annual goals.
  • Provide technical and transactional support for the sector while managing multiple projects/initiatives with tight timelines.
  • Address escalated issues and concerns promptly, managing expectations, mitigating relationship risks, and determining when to escalate major issues to senior colleagues.
  • Develop strong relationships with professional counterparts in other GHSC sectors, actively participating in sector meetings/events to build a robust professional network.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel or other analytical tools.
