Job Title: Civil EIT Land Development

Job Description

We are a locally owned collaborative design firm comprised of civil engineers, hydrologists, planners, landscape architects, and surveyors. Our diverse work portfolio includes master planned communities, urban infill development, high-end retail, hospitality and resort development, and public parks. We are growing and seeking talented and team-oriented civil engineers for early-career positions assisting our Land Development and Survey teams in the preparation of improvement plans. This is a full time role with full benefits. This is NOT a short term contract-please only apply if seeking long-term employment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Land Development and Survey teams in the preparation of improvement plans.

  • Support the design and development of master planned communities, urban infill development, high-end retail, hospitality and resort development, and public parks.

  • Utilize Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D for civil engineering tasks.

  • Participate in grading and drainage design for both commercial and residential projects.

  • Contribute to site development and civil site design projects.

Essential Skills

  • BS degree in Civil Engineering.

  • EIT Certification completed or in process.

  • Experience using Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Open to new graduates.

  • Experience with MicroStation is a plus.

  • Knowledge of land development, grading, drainage, and site development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00
