Robert Half Camelback Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal in Phoenix, Arizona

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our client's team on Camelback Road (Biltmore area) in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves significant interaction with the legal field, specifically within the realm of personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including case management, document preparation, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

• Handling case management software to organize and manage legal cases and client information efficiently

• Utilizing Aderant and Adobe Acrobat for document creation, editing, and management

• Processing and administering claims to ensure timely resolution

• Employing the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for document recording and property-related inquiries

• Utilizing CompuLaw for docketing and calendar management to keep track of case timelines and deadlines

• Performing billing functions to ensure accurate client invoicing

• Drafting and briefing legal documents to support case progression

• Managing the calendar to organize meetings, court dates, and other important events

• Exhibiting strong communication skills to liaise between clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the case

• Utilizing various skills and tools to administer and manage cases effectively.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paralegal role, preferably in the field of personal injury litigation.

• Proficiency in Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) is required.

• Proficiency in using Case Management Software.

• Familiarity with CompuLaw and experience in managing billing functions.

• Proven experience in briefing and calendar management.

• Previous experience in claim administration.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Knowledge of legal terminologies, court rules, and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field is preferred.

• Paralegal certification is a plus.
