Start Date: January 2025 (possibility to start earlier!) Competitive Pay: $18.00 Flexible Schedule:

  • Shifts start as early as 6:00 AM

  • Availability may vary based on business needs.

  • Overtime opportunities available!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and address caller inquiries with professionalism and care.

  • Route calls to the appropriate resources when necessary.

  • Perform research using available tools to provide accurate and helpful information to callers.

  • Escalate more complex issues to the research team for resolution.

  • Complete administrative tasks and ensure call logs are accurate and up to date.
