The ideal candidate for this Pre-Litigation Paralegal position is innovative and has an interest in the legal field. Are you a highly organized and efficient Paralegal? A permanent employment opportunity, this Paralegal role will be located in the Phoenix, Arizona area (several office locations available including Mesa, Arrowhead and Phoenix). Responsibilities

• Research and analysis of complex legal documents

• Support attorney through all stages of project work

• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work

• Data base management of all relevant documents

  Requirements

• Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

• Customer service oriented communication skills

• Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

• Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

• 3+ years of relevant experience with personal injury including drafting demand letters

• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets highly desired

• Medical records review experience

• Command of personal injury plaintiffs
