As part of Enterprise Salesforce organization, here’s just some of what you’ll be doing:

The Product Manager serves as a key member of the Data and Integration Platform team, which enables seamless integration of Salesforce data with AXP Ecosystem to co-create best customer experience to deliver outcomes faster, better and cheaper. The Product Manager will support in execution of the platform data integration strategy and will focus on Next Gen cloud native integration capabilities, as part of the multi-year journey to build a Modern Data Platform.

The Product Manager will collaborate with multiple platform stakeholders and user groups, to understand their needs, drive a robust roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. The Product Manager has responsibility for decision making and prioritization for their products, working with marketing, design, engineering, and servicing leaders to convert the product vision and strategy into a well-managed product roadmap with an iterative release cycle with the customer in mind. The Product Manager will participate actively in all phases of the process along with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers to identify needs, opportunities, and gaps, and solve problems;

  • Works with various stakeholders to continuously define feature priority;

  • Collaborate with Salesforce POs and Development teams in US & international markets to improve the selling experience through data and integration capabilities;

  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria for Data and API based products & integrations;

  • Prioritizes and maintains the platform product backlog balancing the requirements of the platform users across multiple stakeholder teams.

  • Refines stories in the backlog so they meet the ‘definition of ready’ that has been established by the team, then working with the team to execute on those stories;

  • Know and execute agile best practices and emerging trends for collaboration;

  • Focusing on outcomes drives, defines OKRs, aligns with stakeholders & Dev team and manages/tracks/report them consistently to articulate the value.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with design, analytics, engagement, project management, and engineering;

  • Supports in Data discovery using SQL skills by performing data profiling and analysis to determine coverage, feasibility, and trends, to formulate data driven solution approaches.

  • Assists in coordinating communications, escalates and facilitates resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the product development initiatives;

  • Work with Business Management/Strategy/Marketing partners, to develop product launch communications for internal and external stakeholders

  • Identify and capture gaps in end user experience from product launches and usability studies.

  • Utilizes relevant reporting tools to report on and analyze key metrics aimed at understanding and optimizing the product;

  • Use analytical skills and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve the user experience;

  • Support reporting activities associated with rapid and iterative development

  • This role includes Data and Integration Platform Product Management, and will work closely with the Product leadership to devise and execute roadmap & platform strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

A successful candidate will have:

  • A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a customer-first mindset;

  • A level of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles;

  • Must have Data analytics products &/or API based data integration experience.

  • Must have experience with Salesforce

  • Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment;

  • Must have Outcomes based Mindset, thinking of success criteria, defining and tracking consistently.

  • Must have high degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability;

  • 2 years of experience in Product Management or Product Development preferred.

  • Experience in capabilities enabling batch, real time and event driven data integrations preferred.

  • Basic SQL skills preferred.

  • BA/BS, preferably in CS or technical field.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
