Overview\ The Cashier contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by processing all checks and reconcile to the daily route activities of Full-Service Vending, Conventional and Bulk Delivery Drivers.

Responsibilities\ * Settle driver end of day route paperwork, checks and cash\ * Manage remote bank deposits\ * Tracking and managing financial logs which require balancing daily\ * Period Close Reconciliation to the General ledger reports\ * Enter and track daily route variances in Excel spreadsheet and follow through to resolve variances within 48 hours\ * Provide a weekly review and analysis of non-compliant and variance trends\ * Provide coaching and training to Delivery Drivers, cash compliance requirements\ * Process all Full Service Vending (FSV) coin; count, sort, wrap and box\ * Prepare and reconcile FSV coin floats and coin bags\ * Prepare daily bank deposits for Conventional and FSV activity\ * Coordinate servicing of coin and cash office equipment and replenishment of supplies\ * Liaise and provide support as required to the local and Business Unit Central Finance group\ * Provide backup for Settlement by completing late day generation invoices\ * Prepare and send all paperwork to the Business Unit office\ * Control and Compliance reports\ * Scan all daily route paperwork\ * Work on special projects as assigned by manager

Compensation and Benefits:\ * The expected compensation range for this position is between \$38,000 - \$48,000 based on a full-time schedule.\ * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary\ * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement\ * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan

Qualifications\ * Three years of relevant business experience an asset\ * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite\ * Demonstrated ownership and initiative to ensure a safe and functional work environment within the cash office\ * Ability to work independently and under time constraints with minimal supervision\ * Ability to multi-task and prioritize work\ * Excellent communication skills - ability to influence others\ * Ability to lift approximately 20lb - 50lb coin bags and/or boxes\ * Must be able to work overtime as required
