Job Description
The Aircraft Painter works under minimal supervision to safely prepare, paint, layout paint schemes, and detail according to schedule using company quality standards and operating procedures.
Responsibilities
Apply primer and finish coats, sanding, prep for paint and other detail work.
Touch up primer and finish coats, including color matching and blending.
Use of spray gun.
Wear a respirator when painting.
Essential Skills
1+ years of experience in aircraft painting and prepping.
Proficiency in sanding, painting, general labor, cleaning, prepping, and use of paint spray gun.
Experience with hand tools and blasting.

Work Environment
Work at the Mesa facility, with a shift from Monday thru Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on project status. This is a 6-month contract to hire position, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and attitude.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $35.00
