Acara Solutions has openings for Warranty Field Service Technicians in Philadelphia, PA.

Duration: 6 Months TEMP Rate: 36-42

Key accountabilities: Carry out Troubleshooting of client products during Warranty period as well as Pre-warranty, Commissioning, Validation and Certification period including investigation and repair. Carry out Fleet check activities Register all required relevant failure/event data in Defect Management data base (RailSys Light, GSI, Maximo, ...) incl. configuration data Support specific technical investigations by Engineering or internal or external Supplier Manage Troubleshooting team activities (if applicable). Ensure good information flow within Troubleshooting and Customer Site Warranty team (shift change) (if applicable). Support helpdesk activities (if required). Implement Field Modifications (FM) (if required). Contribute to Return of Experience (if required).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience as Field Service Technician or Electro-Mechanical Assembly Minimum 6 months experience with Defect Management Databases (RailSys Light, GSI, Maximo)
