Comcast Uniform Manager, Security (Part-time) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The Wells Fargo Center is one of the world’s busiest arenas, home of the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, Villanova University basketball, Philadelphia Wings, family shows and concerts. Job Summary
Responsible for issuance of new uniforms to new employee staff and ensure uniforms and equipment are distributed on a per event basis.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Maintain and update inventory record on a regular basis.
Organize and maintain uniform room.
Restock inventory by ordering necessary uniform items.
Provide minimal maintenance (hems, buttons, etc.) and prepare name tags.
Order supplies necessary to keep uniforms clean and stored properly (bags, detergents, boxes, etc.).
Schedule dry cleaning of uniform jackets periodically and on an “as needed” basis.
Distribute equipment and uniform items on event days to staff.
Attend new hire orientations and staff trainings.
Inform staff of changes in uniform required for events.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Appearance and Posture – complete compliance with our dress code; neat and well groomed, trimmed beard, clean shaven; uniform to fit properly; hems are to break at top of shoe, no cuffs permitted; fanny packs only; company issued pins. Posture – no leaning against chairs, walls, or railings.
Qualifications:
Excellent organization skills
Knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, Forms, Word, etc..).
Ability to interact with staff and vendors on a professional basis.
Effective oral communication and writing skills in the English language.
Must have a earned a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
Previous security and/or retail experience required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to nights, weekends and select holidays.
