The Research Assistant is fully engaged in assisting with the research of the Principal Investigator, the Vice Dean for Scholarship and Research Director.
Job Description
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Bioinformatic analysis of wound healing scRNAseq data using R/Seraut - 25%
Bioinformatic analysis of wound healing data using GSEA - 25%
Dr Tom analysis of bulk RNAseq data - 25%
Assist in lab experiments as needed - 25%
Qualifications:
Experience with Bioinformatic analysis and programs required
Familiar with R/Seurat platform needed for single cell RNAseq analysis
