Job Description Summary

The Research Assistant is fully engaged in assisting with the research of the Principal Investigator, the Vice Dean for Scholarship and Research Director.

Job Description

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Bioinformatic analysis of wound healing scRNAseq data using R/Seraut - 25%

• Bioinformatic analysis of wound healing data using GSEA - 25%

• Dr Tom analysis of bulk RNAseq data - 25%

• Assist in lab experiments as needed - 25%

Qualifications:

• Experience with Bioinformatic analysis and programs required

• Familiar with R/Seurat platform needed for single cell RNAseq analysis
