DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB DESCRIPTION This role offers the opportunity to join a team focused on the transformation of the way that our technology function operates and to take a leading role within that, focusing on the systematic upskilling and reskilling of our people. We are investing in building a global pipeline of technology talent that can impactfully partner with colleagues from a variety of functions in multi-disciplinary teams, to engage with our most pressing and complex priorities. This role will drive technical upskilling at scale through the design of cohort-based, software engineering-focused, skills academies. Through these skills academies, this role will bring leading-edge thinking in learning and development to the creation of differentiated, impactful learning experiences that will drive meaningful upskilling in software engineering and allow our employees to have maximum impact in their roles.

Major Duties and Responsibilities * Collaborate with global subject matter experts to identify training needs and support the development and implementation of appropriate learning solutions, including online courses, virtual classrooms, and in-person workshops * Ensure the timely delivery and evaluation of technology learning programs, tracking effectiveness and feedback to continually improve the learning experience for employees across different locations and time zones * Build strong relationships across technology and HR stakeholders, situating this new learning solution in the context of broader function priorities and L&D and HR initiatives * Lead vendor relationships for expert delivery and coordination of event details * Invest time in learning about our digital architecture and understanding our global technology strategy- and keeping abreast of this context as it evolves and bringing a point of view on talent and learning to our technology leadership * Partner with technology and learning SMEs to bring software engineering trends and best practices together with leading learning principles, in order to design skills academy learning solutions that meet the current and future needs of our engineering population * Build cohort-based, persona-led blended learning experiences that leverage a mix of internally available content and external vendor-provided solutions; that place an emphasis on interactivity and applicability of learning to the job role; and that support credentialization of demonstrated skill-building * Build solutions that employees want to take part in, and that upskill in a targeted and efficient way, through mechanisms that generate insightful data and analytics * Think holistically about the execution of these solutions, creating the content needed by all parties to launch and run them in a repeatable and scalable way across the globe - including communications; HR, manager and employee toolkits; job aids and FAQs; data dashboard guides; and more * Leverage the data and analytics dashboards resulting from effective execution of these processes to generate insight for technology and HR leaders and support their decision-making

Qualifications * Chubb is seeking an experienced professional who can advance the strategy, execution, and outcomes of Global Learning and Development practices and efforts in partnership with key stakeholders. * Combination of 7 years of relevant business and talent experience required. * Experience and comfort with maintaining partnerships and stakeholder management. * Technical acumen or direct experience with supporting a technology team preferred. * Proven ability to influence others and build relationships internally in a matrix organization required. * Proven experience as a company representative and external ambassador for the organization required. * Excellent communication skills and highly effective stakeholder engagement required.
