We are offering a long-term employment opportunity for a Contracts Project Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves managing multiple concurrent vendors, contracts, and budgets to support global procurement initiatives. Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee the program strategy and support the business case, along with multiple high-level project plans.
• Review and process Statements of Work, including detailed verification vs. requirements and budget impact analysis.
• Manage and track multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants to relay program strategy, direction, and changes.
• Oversee the creation of executive memos and production of daily and weekly progress reports.
• Maintain responsibility for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers.
• Partner with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
• Exhibit extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring all projects meet the strategic and business requirements.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis related to project budgets and expenditures.
Requirements • Proficiency in budget processes and budget management
• Experience in project review and adjustments
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge in time management and ability to meet project milestones
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to perform ad hoc financial analysis
• Experience working with partners and C-Suite executives
• Familiarity with verification processes
• Degree in Computer Sciences or related field
• Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents
• Proficiency in project planning and tracking
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to manage project plans and deliver progress reports
• Experience conducting impact analysis
• Ability to manage a diverse project portfolio
• Project Management Certification is a must
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge in Very-large-scale integration (VLSI) is a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
