Technical Leads (Philadelphia, PA)

Oversees the daily operations of our technical support team and participates as an active member of the team. Collaborates with other agile teams and cross-functional partners such as Product Management and external third-party vendors to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies. Drives high-level architectural and systems design discussions. Takes full ownership of products, features, and tools. Demonstrates expertise in SQL Server, Oracle, Azure, and WMOS applications. Ensures that all inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt and professional manner. Liaises with PDMs and business to keep them up to date on project status. Identifies and analyzes risks and impacts of related initiatives to a successful delivery of projects. Proactively seeks out new and innovative solutions to deliver efficient and cost-effective systems to meet evolving business needs. Acts as an escalation point providing sufficient levels of technical knowledge to assist in root cause analysis and permanent resolution of issues. Drives timely communication and appropriate level of reporting for IT and Business Stakeholders. Updates the team's work schedules and alerting schedules. Requires a Bachelor's degree in any STEM (science, technology, engineering, or math) field and 5 years of IT experience (or a Master's Degree in any STEM (science, technology, engineering, or math) field and 2 years of IT experience). Must have at least 2 years of experience with: leading an agile team of full stack engineers on design and solutioning in a multi-cloud hybrid ecosystem; Python; Java; JIRA; Confluence; Github; DevOps; Unix; Linux; Bash; delivering simple solutions to complex business problems and collaborating with cross functional teams including Infrastructure, Infosec, Compliance, Product Owners, and Vendors; Agile techniques such as user stories, continuous integration, continuous delivery, pairing, and automated testing; design solutions on Azure cloud including Databricks, Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Containers, and Key Vault; Design solutions on Data stream services using Kafka; WMS; TMS; MIF; shipping carrier(s) workflow tools across retail distribution centers; JSON; XML; TXML; YAML; IBM Congos; and Airflow.
