About the Role

As the Strategic Alliances Manager, you will maintain and expand relationships with partners, You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with key stakeholders to achieve strategic revenue goals. Additionally, you will participate in partner conferences and industry events, both in-person and virtual.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus

  • Identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities

  • Creating demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers

  • Achieving revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account

  • Conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management team, as needed

  • Understanding the customer’s needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies

    Requirements

  • Solid business development and relationship management experience from the B2B, corporate or professional services sectors

  • Ability to engage and advise with a consultative and solutions driven approach

  • Strong communication skills to include presentations and negotiations

  • The ability to work well autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Create, share and maintain reporting metrics (sales, pipeline, leads).

  • Demonstrated prowess in influencing and negotiating with key decision-makers within strategic partnerships

  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
