Job Summary

The Benefits Data Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining uniform access, complete transparency, and secure storage/transfer of employee data linked to company provided benefits. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and validating data aligned to employee benefits prior to it being stored for final use by the organization. Responsibilities include auditing and maintaining data for all elements of employee benefits and populations including international and domestic groups. This role is part of a HR Shared Services environment that serves as an intermediary between other HR departments, Centers of Expertise (COE) and extended HR groups within the organization. The Benefit Data Analyst works collaboratively and independently without close supervision in carrying out a variety of assigned duties. The role utilizes HRIS/CRM platforms and data analytic tools efficiently to evaluate and analyze complex data sets, quickly interpret the situation and determine the appropriate steps for resolution, consistent with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and compliance deadlines.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Complete audit and evaluation of data for weekly, quarterly and annual ESPP and 401k activities (e.g., purchasing, funding, data resolution)

  • Conduct in depth analysis and reconciliation of data files pertaining to benefit integrations, ESPP and 401k activities.

  • Ensure ongoing data accuracy by implementing quality assurance checks along with established daily monitoring, triage and user communication.

  • Provide transparency to upstream source owners on data availability and accuracy alerts to help stabilize data for downstream use.

  • Evaluate results against expected performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Demonstrates excellent project management and communication skills, with a proven track record of successful delivery on time, in line with budget expectations and to strategy.

  • Develops and maintains effective relationships, with a focus on client delivery, collaboration and integrity.

  • Diagnoses, corrects, and documents issues, risks, and problems using established Quality Assurance (QA) practices

  • Interface with human resource (HR) partners and vendors to resolve escalations following a consistent methodology.

  • Managing resolution of Tier 3 escalations and questions from vendors and HR partners following

  • Maintain benefit records and prepare documents necessary for implementing benefit coverage.

  • Ensure paperwork and payroll processing are completed in a timely and accurate manner to reduce delays in payments.

  • Coordinate and serve as a resource for the annual Open Enrollment process.

  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant HRIS, HR Data management and/or benefit data analytics experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel

  • Great oral and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:

National Pay Range: $19.84 USD-$46.49 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
