The Sr. Manager, Market Access Advanced Analytics will play a central role within the Analytics & Insights team. The candidate will lead in applying various analytics methodologies (primary or secondary) to generate insights and actions across the entire patient journey, with a focus on guiding market access tactics, formulary decisions, pull through of scripts through central pharmacy, and persistency / compliance initiatives. Through effective analytics and collaboration with business and commercial stakeholders and partners, the Sr. Manager will apply various analytical techniques primarily on Market Access data (e.g., specialty pharmacy/hub, co-pay, payer / PBM, field reimbursement interactions) joined with secondary data sets (e.g., claims) and authorized customer data (e.g., web, mobile interactions) to highlight actionable insights, model/predict outcomes for patients, and inform business performance. Key Market Access stakeholders include Patient Access Services, Channel and Contract Operations, Market Access Marketing, and Access & Reimbursement Managers (ARMs). Example partner analyst functions include Forecasting, Field Analytics, Omnichannel, and Data Strategy. Essential Functions

Proactively identify & define business problems, and design effective solutions to address the problems through data, analytics and market research as needed

Lead analytical efforts to continuously improve patient experience of the Sleep Business Unit, including formulary coverage, compliance, and persistency

Effectively communicate findings and insights to cross-functional stakeholders

Partner with the brand team to inform key decision making around the appropriate level of support and/or interventions being in place to drive patient conversion and persistence

Lead content creation for Market Access topics in various performance reports and deliverables

Identify priority investments in Sleep Market Access systems, data, and processes that are necessary for Market Access functions to meet and exceed business goals

Analyze key metrics and market access customer engagement data to proactively drive Market Access performances and improve investment decisions (e.g., evaluate impact of customer engagement activities that drive patient compliance and persistency)

Deliver analytics joining managed care (patient services, distribution, etc.) with secondary and authorized customer data to inform Market Access strategies and tactics

Ensure alignment between Market Access, US Business Operations and Analytics, and IS when gathering, prioritizing, delivering, and maintaining data and technology investments

Facilitate and support root cause analysis by analyzing data to test hypotheses

Engage and support all team members in formal presentations, informal discussions, and workshops to help drive insight-based decisions and discipline in project execution Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

An advanced degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science etc.) or a related fiel is preferred (an MBA or business-related qualification is a plus).

Experience in market access / managed care and related data (e.g., specialty pharmacy, claims, formulary, hub services) and patient cohort-based analysis

Experience and familiarity with market access related primary research

Extensive Experience in data science and/or advanced analytical methods

Experience with practical applications of AI-type algorithms, including machine learning techniques such as regression, decision trees, probability networks, association rules, clustering, neural networks, generative AI, LLMs, and/or Bayesian models.

Deep experience with data reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, R, or Python)

Management/strategy consulting or similar experience strongly preferred (i.e., strategic planning, stakeholder management, change management, and influencing decision-making)

Excellent collaboration and communications (verbal and written) skills are a must

5+ years of relevant industry experience with Analytics experience highly preferred

For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $128,000.00 - $192,000.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
