Description:

Responsible for providing insight on decisions and priorities regarding the enterprises overall Telecom architecture.

Facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms networks and software across the enterprise.

Analyzes existing networks and equipment and identifies opportunities for improvement system options risks costs versus benefits and impact on the enterprise business process and goals.

Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to technical standards.

Assists in the development of and manages an architecture governance process.

Provides technical guidance to project team areas as appropriate.

Tracks industry trends and maintains knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprises architecture needs.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or other related field.

Or equivalent work experience.

Has 8 years as a Solutions Architect with numerous years of Telecom work experience in infrastructure/systems environments performing systems planning architecture design Security and optimization.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

SME for wireless network systems, including LTE, 5G, and Wi-Fi.

Drive the evolution of MVNO wireless architecture to meet business and customer needs.

Work closely with our MNO partners, internal IT, wireless engineering, product, and support teams to define use cases and architecture for the XM product and ensure seamless integration of new technologies and services.

Analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance coverage and experience.

Diagnose and resolve customer reported network/service issues promptly.

Integrate network systems with provisioning systems to ensure efficient service delivery and customer activation.

Collaborate with billing systems to ensure accurate data flow and synchronization for customer billing.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences, to provide updates and recommendations.

Stay informed about emerging wireless technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.

Participate in the development of new products and features that leverage the latest wireless advancements.
