As an Administrative Assistant Your responsibilities will include but aren’t not limited to:

Requirements
The Ideal Site Administrative Assistant will have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Knowledge of the chemicals manufacturing industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on maintaining positive relationships
• Proven experience with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
