Job Summary This role supports research projects focused on mental health prevention for Black men and boys, and other traditionally excluded populations. You will play a key role in coordinating research activities, managing data, engaging with the community, and disseminating findings. This position offers flexibility with remote work and occasional in-office presence, providing an opportunity to contribute to impactful research while balancing your personal and professional life. Essential Functions Project Coordination Data Collection and Management Data Analysis Community Engagement Administrative Support Dissemination and Knowledge Translation Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. Please review the  Equivalency Chart for additional information. Experience with qualitative or mixed methods research, clinical trials, and/or community-based participatory research. Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., NVivo, SPSS, R). Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ethical research practices and continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree. Experience working with Black communities and understanding of cultural competencies. Knowledge of digital mental health interventions. Familiarity with intervention design and evaluation. Location Hybrid/Flexible Work Arrangement - Philadelphia, PA Additional Information This position is classified as non-exempt, grade J. Compensation for this grade ranges from a minimum of $22.74 to a maximum of $34.11. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
