Regulatory & Compliance Analyst needed w/High School/GED Diploma or Foreign Equivalent and two (2) years of experience as Regulatory & Compliance Analyst performing following *job duties: *Coordinate regulatory responsibility efforts and evaluate organizational policies with FDA, HIPAA, PDMP and MTM. Ensure biennial licensure renewals, monitor and develop compliance related education programs for employees. Manage audits, product recall log, daily logs and e signature logs. Work collaboratively with other pharmacy departments and plan and implement compliance improvement projects. Perform compliance monitoring for Medicare Part D and conduct Medicare Part D compliance meetings. Prepare SOPs for delivery medication. Assure regulatory compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, board of pharmacy and all other insurances. Maintain dispensing accuracy, control file submission to DEA, manage the inventory (CII, CIII, CIV and CV class-controlled medications), file orders and return substances. Respond to the complaints from the DEA, Insurance audits, HCS and state inspection. Manage Prime RX healthcare program. Verify Employees training for HIPAA, FWA and OIG search.
