Job Description

One of our industrial resin manufacturing clients is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their Quality team in Philadelphia, PA. This individual will be responsible for managing the QMS system, leading investigations of non conformances, updating documentation, handling customer complaints, updating SOPS, processing paperwork, and analyzing and tracking trends. This role is fully on-site, 5 days/week.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering

• 3+ years working in a Quality Assurance role

• Experience working with a Quality Management System - ISO 9001 null
