Description We are seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our healthcare team. This role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and involves leading the organization through an Oracle ERP implementation. This is a contract role and offers an opportunity to work in the healthcare and social assistance industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the end-to-end deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP, and collaborating with key stakeholders on organizational strategy

• Refining and executing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support the ERP deployment

• Managing cross-functional service lines and teams

• Demonstrating a strong understanding of HR, Finance, and Procurement processes and operational effectiveness

• Utilizing skills in Cloud Technologies and Oracle Cloud Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Manager or Sr. Consultant role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industries

• Knowledge and experience with Cloud Technologies and Oracle Cloud is essential

• Must have a proven track record of managing large scale projects, coordinating teams, and meeting deadlines

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Proficient in project management software and tools

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus

• Must adhere to the highest ethical standards and demonstrate a commitment to the values of the organization
