Candidates must live in Allentown, PA, or the surrounding area. Needs to be able to travel 80% of the time.

How can you make an Impact? Professional Services Project Managers provide professional learning services and overarching support to clients who purchase project management services specifically around McGraw Hill Reveal Math Core Curriculum, ALEKS web-based Math solutions., and McGraw Hill Plus (connecting data from multiple digital solutions). Rooted in over 30 years of research and analytics, our solutions can pinpoint each student's knowledge and provide them the support to achieve mastery. These platforms empower educators with the flexibility to structure their courses based on their goals and surface insights into class-level and student-level progress. Hence, they can efficiently help learners who are potentially at risk.

What you will be doing: Develop a relationship with and serve as the primary liaison between the McGraw Hill Math Solutions team and the Allentown SD Collaborate with school and district leaders to develop an ongoing implementation plan, including curriculum alignment, classroom procedures, usage expectations, and timelines. Ensure a coordinated and timely launch and full-year implementation across the district and schools. Consult with the district regularly to execute the detailed implementation plan. Provide professional learning support onsite and online, including workshops, classroom modeling, and individual action-based consulting sessions for teachers, parents, school administrators, and district personnel. Monitor program usage by analyzing program data, synthesizing findings, and coordinating with users to adjust classroom practices. Coordinate district-wide initiatives, build internal district capacity, and scale for rapid student growth. Communicate regularly with school and district leadership to identify barriers to implementation, provide suggestions to resolve challenges, and respond promptly to all stakeholders' needs. Organize and facilitate high-level leadership meetings to review data and support implementation with fidelity. Act as the point of contact for all customer support, including the planning and delivery of professional learning services and managing deliverables. Collaborate closely with Scheduling Coordinators in securing and scheduling customer appointments.

What you need to be considered: 5+ years' experience in secondary math education, with an understanding of standards mastery, personalized learning, blended learning, data-driven instruction, and professional/consulting experience. Bachelor's Degree required. (Advanced degree in education, math, or educational technology preferred) Bilingual candidate preferred. Extraordinary desire to learn and innate drive to help others. Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with employees and customers of varying levels, personalities, and abilities. Familiarity with major operating systems, browsers, Zoom, the Microsoft Office suite, and Internet concepts is a requirement. Motivation to continually reflect, improve, and grow. The pay range for this position is between$50,000 - $90,000annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
