Macquarie Product Manager | Fixed Income in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 11752 An excellent opportunity has opened within Macquarie Asset Management to lead a variety of strategic and tactical initiatives tied to messaging, positioning, and planning for the firm's municipal bond strategies, and act as point-person for the assigned portfolio management teams.  As a professional, articulate, solutions-driven individual, you will have a deep understanding of retail and institutional channels and markets and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Fixed Income Product Manager, you will analyse and report on performance, flows, and trends of Macquarie's product offering, while understanding competitive environments, positioning, and potential opportunities. You will deliver internal product updates and product training to our distribution teams, respond to inbound product-related inquiries, and ensure the Macquarie message is delivered consistently.  Additionally, you will develop core product content for foundational marketing materials, websites, and campaigns, and curate timely new content for external use through sales channels, thought-leadership, webcasts, podcasts, and quarterly calls.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, or related area of study, plus 5-8 years of related work experience in product management, specifically within Fixed Income/Municipal Bonds Deep understanding of retail and institutional channels and markets Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and accustomed to working with a team, both in-person and virtually Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to liaise and establish rapport with multiple internal stakeholders Experience crafting relevant content to be used in Marketing materials, websites, and campaigns and working across teams to bring the content to market.
