ARAMARK Pricing Manager - Sales Strategy in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description

The Pricing Manager leads the price recommendation process to support client pricing negotiations for new business and renewals. This role ensures tasks are completed timely in accordance with the pricing cycle, and acts as a contributing resource to projects, executing tasks and completing deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the Pricing Processes

  • Supports the field in their client negotiations for annual price adjustments.

  • Anticipate clients' needs, operate with a sense of urgency, and adapt to changes quickly.

  • Support the users of ARAMARK's Pricing systems and tools. This may include responding to business related questions, training field operators, ensuring data quality, or performing research.

  • Develop and implement ongoing execution processes for pricing life cycles, with continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support and aid in the development of thorough pricing processes throughout Aramark, including framework design, tool development, and integration within the greater pricing strategies.

  • Support the data and analysis needs of the Pricing team.

Manage Projects

  • Orchestrate and coordinate collaboration for active projects. This includes scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes and managing risks and issues.

  • Independently prepare monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reports as necessary including key business metrics reports, performance reports and dashboards.

  • Assign tasks to individuals within the Pricing team or other project resources.

Execute Pricing

  • Coordinate and manage price updates. Serve as a liaison with IT to ensure collaboration and price execution

  • Develop reporting to be used for compliance monitoring and process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Years of experience: 7-10 years of experience in Finance, Operations, and/or Project Management

  • Project Management Process: Proven experience managing projects to completion across matrixed organizations.

  • Data/Analytics: Ability to show proficiency in data/analytics using reporting and data management applications.
