Preschool Lead teacher is responsible for the following minimum duties:

• Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for children.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for children.
• Observe and document children's progress and development.
• Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized learning plans for each child.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Assist in the implementation of behavior management plans.

Required experience:

• A minimum ECE degree / CDA Certificate

• Two year's experience working with young children
