The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:  *  A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) with at least two years of behavioral health experience and experience working with the homeless, those with substance use disorders, or Domestic Violence survivors is required.   *  A valid and active driver's license is required.   *  Proficient computer skills to perform job duties including but not limited to desktop computing, email, timesheet management, and electronic health records, using Microsoft Office and Google Applications, and other relevant software.  *  Must have knowledge and an understanding of recovery principles and recovery-driven service systems.  *  Knowledge and experience working within the Philadelphia forensic system preferred.  *  Peer Specialist Certification (CPS) Preferred.  *  Bilingual preferred.   Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
