DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: About the Role  Essity is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to contribute to the optimization of e-commerce marketing campaigns. The Performance Marketing Specialist supports the activation, evaluation of multi-channel, multi-markets and/or multi-brand digital marketing campaigns to improve the category performance.

The ideal candidate should live in the Philadelphia, PA metro area, as this is a hybrid role.

What You Will Do   * Campaign Performance Monitoring: Utilize various analytical tools and methods to monitor and report on campaign performance. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.  * Campaign Objective Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, conversion goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Align campaign strategies with overall business goals.  * Tactical E-commerce Paid Media: Manage both onsite and offsite e-commerce paid media efforts. Optimize ad placements, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI.  * Holistic Management: Take a top-down approach, analyzing data at the brand, category, product family, and SKU levels. Ensure consistency and alignment across all levels of the product hierarchy.  * Actionable Insights: Support and drive actions related to: conversion rate optimization, merchandising decisions, pricing strategies, portfolio and assortment management.  * Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with brand managers, providing feedback and actionable recommendations. Continuously improve campaign performance based on insights.

Who You Are  * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.  * Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).  * Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.  * Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.  * Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) is a preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:   Competitive annual salary + annual incentive bonus/sales incentive + benefits 

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
