Healthcare + Facilities Center of Excellence Manager

Responsible for providing leadership, and support services to develop and enhance new and existing Healthcare + O&M programs and tools. Provides national support to individual regions and accounts in the implementation and improvement of systems, standards, and processes to ensure consistency of Aramark?s operating programs and consistency of Aramark?s operating capability from one facility to the next.

Job Responsibilities

? Functions as a Subject Matter Expert in at least one of the following service lines, and within twelve months must become proficient in the other service line listed below, with the intent to be able to provide support in all lines of service.

o Environmental Service

o Linen/Laundry Service

o Operations and Maintenance

o Transportation Services (internal and external)

? Supports the Aramark Programs through, training, virtual and onsite activities.

o Supports Aramark approved vendors for equipment, supplies products.

o Supports Aramark facility programs to include Absolute Success Elements, program assessments and Aramark approved CMMS through Facility Fit Pro.

o Provide national support to computerized maintenance management system relative to system operation, development upgrades, enhancements and or training.

? Perform on site services to new mobilizations, and support to existing facilities as directed by the Healthcare + Facilities/ O&M Support Director

o All Service Lines:

? Provide support to the Center of Excellence Project Managers, Regional staff and Operations teams for new O&M mobilizations and ensure the full implementation of Aramark's operating programs.

? Initial set-up of facility data in Facility Fit Pro (buildings, equipment, employees, shifts)

? Utilize technical expertise to evaluate Aramark's operating program standards, measure performance and recommend solutions in order to enhance or improve operations.

? Leads mobilizations as directed by the Center of Excellence Director of Support

? Works with Project Manager assigned to the mobilization and prepares operational and budget trackers to ensure a smooth on time and on budget mobilization.

? Directs and leads per diem workforce, and other personnel assigned to the mobilization.

Responsibilities continued

o Operations and Maintenance

? Proficient in Aramark approved software to measure floor plans for building inventory and download into Aramark approved software.

? Proficient in importing documents to the Aramark approved CMMS for inventory and personnel.

? Proficient in conducting a physical inventory of building equipment to be included in the ongoing Preventive maintenance (PM) Program. (Includes labeling, collection of descriptive data, establishing asset record in Facility Fit Pro, and Setting Risk Factors and Tier Levels)

? Production rate: 80-100 assets per day or 150K sqft per wk. Generating the initial set of Preventive Maintenance work requests,

? Reviewing and tailoring (in coordination with the facility maintenance staff) the PM task descriptions and frequencies for specific facility needs,

? Providing basic Facility Fit Pro user orientation to maintenance staff.

? Proficient in Aramark electronic scheduling applications for Operations and Maintenance implementation and training.

? Provide training to the Aramark CMMS Facility Fit Pro for management and administrative personnel.

? Documenting physical appearance and condition of the building and equipment at time of our contract start.

? Provide interim management as needed.

? Proficiency in Operations and Maintenance regulatory requirements

? Purchased services management proficiency.

? Financial proficiency in labor, supplies purchased service and vendor management.

? Proficient in implementing and training to the Aramark Position Summary Days Off Roster Managers Report and Sign in Sheets

? Able to write policies and procedures for Operations and Maintenance.

? Able to conduct Operations and Maintenance Program Assessment for site adherence to the Aramark Program and standards as directed.

? Able to conduct preparatory Joint Commission Assessments

Responsibilities continued:

? Use operational expertise to pilot and implement new and existing systems and technologies.

? Publish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each specific line of service.

? Represent Healthcare + Center of Excellence in the development, testing, and piloting of new technology, programs, and systems.

? Develop, implement, and maintain Facilities resources such as the Aramark.net, OPX Facilities website, Benchmarks, Program Audits, and improvements to the Survey process and costing tool.

? Assist in the development, implementation, and facilitation of technical training programs for Healthcare + Facilities Front Line managers and employees.

? Assess and monitor select accounts through compliance audits such as the Absolutes Success Elements, Focus Accounts, and Program Assessments to ensure compliance with our client contracts, OSHA, Life Safety, and other local, state, and federal regulations, and financial obligations.

? Assist in the development and support of Training Centers of Excellence.

? Collaborate nationally with the Healthcare + Region and Growth Teams to support selected new facilities sales efforts through conducting new business surveys and assistance in the development of business models for potential client opportunities.

? Collaborate nationally with the Healthcare + Region and Growth Teams to support facilities programs in selected retention efforts.

? Document observations and recommendations with formal reporting methods for client and internal audiences.

? Exemplify Aramark?s safety culture and participate in Aramark SAFE practices.

? Adhere to all established systems and training programs to provide a safe working environment.

? Comply with OSHA, EPA, and other local, state, and federal regulations.

? Maintain compliance with Aramark?s standards of operation, Compliance Reporting and Business Conduct Policies.

? Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree with minimum of 5 years experience in Facilities Management or a minimum of 7 years of management and technical experience in Facilities Management related field

? Prior healthcare facility support service experience is preferred

? Professional Associations preferred with AHE ASHE ALM

? Survey knowledge of Joint Commission standards

This is a remote work from home role with 80% national travel. It's preferred that candidate live near a major airport.
