Responsibilities:
Support Medicare by managing various workflows essential to effectively executing corporate strategy. Work independently with multiple areas throughout the departments to understand, address, and complete complex projects related to growth and external partnerships. Develop and interpret reporting to support leadership with decision-making for expansion, provide forecasting and metrics, and respond to audits. The ability to analyze and visually interpret large data sets is critical. Responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and deduplicating data within the software and systems.;
Gather, identify, analyze, and correct data discrepancies from various sources.
Monitor and troubleshoot ongoing processes to ensure continuity of critical business functions.;
Generating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders and monitoring file loads and data transfers for fallout and missing information.;
Manage community relation projects, reporting, and data management system maintenance and enhancement.
; Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
High school diploma required.;;
3 to 5 years experience in data analytics, research, project management, or process improvement.
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Affordable Care Act (ACA), or the health insurance industry preferred.
Technical experience and understanding of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enrollment, Care Management, Call Center systems, and software is a plus.
Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL) and BI tools (Tableau).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio. SharePoint & One Note
