DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB DESCRIPTION Manager, Financial Reporting

The Manager of North America Expense Management will generally report to the AVP, North America Expense Management and will be responsible for the monthly expense allocation process, monthly/quarterly expense analysis and reporting, review of various monthly/quarterly journal entries and assist in the annual expense budget process. Responsibilities will also include coordination with various divisions within Chubb. This position is an excellent opportunity to work closely with various finance units, including North America Segment Finance and DFO organizations, Global Support Unit functions, and financial systems departments.

Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the North America Expense Management process, including direct management of one staff. * Perform/manage the monthly expense allocation for North America Expenses and assist in analysis of results. * Create/Approve journal entries to prepare the GL expenses for an accurate and efficient allocation * Coordinate annual expense budget process, including working within the Expense Planning TM1 instance. * Responsible for various annual tasks, including coordinating with various North America departments to determine allocation rates to be used in reporting of actuals. * Coordinate organizational changes required with an understanding of the impact they will have on expense allocations and expense reporting
