Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems

  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance

  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

  • Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role

  • Valid drivers license and own transportation

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
