This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that's sufficient for completing their job remotely.

Job Summary

This role will lead logistics projects, coordinate sourcing events, and assist with carrier performance and relationship management for the Global Logistics and Trade team. The Logistics Lead will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives shaping H-D's logistics systems and processes. This opportunity is a remote role with up to 50% travel.

Job Responsibilities

Build and strengthen carrier relationships with both existing and new carriers. Collaborate with H-D control tower to improve carrier performance based on contractual KPI's. Lead projects that will transform the North American logistics network. Drive continuous improvement efforts resulting in better service, cost, and quality. Conduct benchmarking, market tests, or bid events to ensure competitive costs. Maintain H-D logistics dashboards and perform data analysis to audit data quality, identify opportunities, and solve problems.

Bachelor's degree perferred

Experience Requirements

Required Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience, preferably in logistics operations, project management, and sourcing. Demonstrated success leading large logistics projects, including planning, prioritizing, and communicating status 3PL/Supplier/Carrier management experience Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team Preferred SAP experience Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Experience in both warehousing and transportation. The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
