Audacy Legal Specialist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Overview

Audacy is seeking a Legal Specialist to join our in house legal department team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Supporting Audacy’s Legal Team with a wide variety of tasks, included but not limited to:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, letters agreements, andcontracts, with attorney and/or paralegal oversight.

  • Helping to maintain trademark docket.

  • Assisting team with FCC public file requirements.

  • Managing documents and legal systems, and tracking contracts and action dates.

  • Gathering and organizing documents and information to assist with specific cases,subpoena responses, and/or internal business requests.

  • Tackling special projects as needed.

  • Preparing and managing expense reports and invoices for members of the Legal Team.

  • Sending out FedEx shipments, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and tracking toensure delivery for the Legal Team.

  • Working with the Accounts Payable Department to process legal invoices and casesettlements.

  • Setting up conference rooms and catering for in person meetings. Set up Zoom meetingsfor the team as needed.

  • Compiling and arranging materials for meetings.

  • Performing various administrative duties for the Legal Team as needed.

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

  • 2 years full time previous work experience required; Law firm or in-house legaldepartment experience preferred.

  • Ability to commute to our offices in Center City, Philadelphia

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace environment.

  • Exceptional initiative, judgment, prioritizing and organizational skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with document management systems is a plus, but not required.
