Job Description

A large healthcare company is looking to hire a Lab Manager or Director. They will be responsible for leadership, management, and oversight a Trasplant and Cellular Therapy Program. This person's primary responsbility will be managing Lab Technicians. They will have a team of 4-6 and responsible for hiring, performance reviews, mentorship, payroll, etc. This perosn will also be responsible for developing and onboarding new lab products, and SOP development. They will need a background working in a blood and cell lab.

-Experience in a managerial or director role over a blood and cell lab

-Experience managing people

-Maintains lab license

-Experience onboarding new lab products

-Experience writing SOPs PhD null
