Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Administrator in the Manufacturing industry, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The chosen candidate will play a key role in managing administrative tasks for the executive management team, with a specific focus on providing comprehensive support to the Chief Commercial Officer. This role involves managing complex schedules across multiple time zones, managing domestic and international travel arrangements, and handling communications with both internal and external parties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex diary schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring prioritization of tasks and deliverables

• Monitor and manage the email inbox of the Chief Commercial Officer, assisting with the management of requests, tasks, and reading materials

• Arrange domestic and international travel for the Chief Commercial Officer, including visa requirements, hotel and transportation logistics, and expense claims

• Serve as the first point of contact for the Chief Commercial Officer, handling communications in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner

• Develop and maintain relationships with others within the organization and external parties to support the interests of the Chief Commercial Officer

• Organize local and international events, handling logistical matters, coordinating arrangements for delegates, and setting program to deliver event requirements

• Prepare presentations, communications, documents, and reports to support the responsibilities of the Chief Commercial Officer

• Execute various supportive tasks on behalf of the Chief Commercial Officer and the Global Management Team

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Experience in handling travel arrangements and expense account management

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-initiative and organization

• Experience in administrative assistance at a senior executive level

• Ability to establish and develop strong relationships
