HRIS Sr. Analyst

In this role you will support and optimize Aramark?s global HR system SAP SuccessFactors. You will work with the HRIS team supporting our global internal customers across 16 countries to ensure data accuracy, provide timely end-user functional and technical support, and drive process improvement. With a focus on data integrity and process & system optimization, this role will develop strategies to provide information to HR, employees, and managers, through the development of system functionality, end-user support, and special projects. You are confident in your own decision making and able to work autonomously within the HRIS team, but also with HR Operations, HR COE's and other stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Provides hands-on support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central modules.

? Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3 level issues related to Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central using ServiceNow HR Case Management; meet established service level agreements.

? Support quarterly SOX activities including compiling, distributing, and reconciling multiple regional SOX recertification reports. Provide feedback to internal and external auditors as required.

? Review, validate and process mass data upload requests using SuccessFactors import tool and Accenture HR Data Loader (HRDL).

? Work with Accenture support to design and test new HRDL mass load templates and troubleshoot issues with existing templates.

? Support role-based permissions and business rule/workflow development.

? Document and maintain system procedures and provide end-user training.

? Support evaluation of SAP SuccessFactors releases and fixes for system impacts, make recommendations, and participate in testing efforts where needed.

? Assist with audit responsibilities, including developing and executing audit queries for HR data integrity.

? Ensure data integrity across SuccessFactors modules and work with HR, Payroll teams and other operational teams when source data issues are identified.

? Contribute to the planning and execution of systems related projects.

? Proactively identify gaps and opportunities and leverage HRIS expertise to design creative business solutions which align with business strategy.

Qualifications

Experience

  • BA, BBA, or BS in Human Resources, Business or IT, or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years? experience administering SuccessFactors Employee Central module in a global environment is required. Recruiting and Onboarding experience is a plus. This includes role-based permissions, UI configuration, business rule configuration, workflow admin and data analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot transactional, master data and integration issues.

  • Experience completing root cause analysis, including technical and internet research.

  • Strong functional/business knowledge of core HR, Payroll, and IT business practices.

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in time-sensitive situations with a keen attention to detail.

  • Customer service, written and oral communication, organization, and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 especially Excel and its advanced functions.
