GRASS has installed over 600,000 SF of green roof and hardscaping area to date, from high-end urban residential projects such as 2100 Hamilton to nationally recognized architectural icons like the Barnes Foundation Museum, Temple University Charles Library, LG North American Headquarters and Princeton University Lewis Center for the Arts.

 We are hiring high-quality, driven crew members for our green roof and hardscaping installation and maintenance team. Candidates require the following skills and qualifications:

•  5 years general construction, landscaping and/or hardscaping experience
•  Embraces work in varied weather conditions
•  Comfortable working on rooftops and using ladders
•  Able to lift 75 lbs.
•  Self-driven and motivated
•  High-quality and efficient work product and pace at all times
•  Punctual, dependable
•  Committed listener, contributor and communicator

•  OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 Safety Certification (training is available if needed)

   Pay rates for new hires start at $17-20/hr and up depending on experience and strong recommendations from prior employers. Full-time, part-time and seasonal work requests will be considered. Opportunities for increases are available upon demonstration of consistently high-level performance and workmanship
