US General Medicines Pipeline and In-Line Forecasting Manager

This role supports US General Medicines Forecasting to establish and maintain accurate and insight driven pipeline and in-line demand forecasts driven through patient modeling in close collaboration with a broad spectrum of functions at the US and global level. This role requires strong analytical skills and a wide variety of methodological approaches to forecasting as well as in-depth understanding of the US pharmaceutical market dynamics.

Responsibilities of the role include some of the following:

In partnership with the various stakeholders develop, document, and maintain US Forecasts for priority pipeline assets from Phase 2 onward, including launch planning support. Establish, document, and maintain in-line products financial and manufacturing volume forecasts and annually revise Long-Range Forecast, in partnership with stakeholders. Evaluate US market trends, competitor product landscape and competitive positioning as part of US Forecast development. Develop, document and present US Forecast, assumptions, opportunities, and risks, to multiple management levels. Collaborate and partner effectively with various stakeholders across the enterprise, including Marketing, Commercial Insight and Managed Market teams, support senior management requests.

Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: BS/BA degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business/Economics, Biology/Chemistry, Finance, or related area 5+ years' experience in: Analyzing market data and trends, assessing financial/commercial impacts, and identifying risks and opportunities. Experience collaborating skills and able to work effectively across a matrix environment. Experience in MS Excel working with substantial amounts of data, financial and/or analytical data modeling involving multiple inputs. Experience in MS PowerPoint 3+ years' experience with U.S. Pharma commercial areas 3+ years' experience utilizing and maintaining financial, analytics or gross sales forecast models.

Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Graduate degree in Business (MBA), in Science (M.Sc) (incl. Statistics, Biology, Chemistry, or in Finance/ Economics (M. Econ.) or related. Experience providing clear and concise messaging to multiple management levels. Experience with patient claims data and patient flow modeling. Pipeline forecasting Patient Model forecasting experience is a plus Strong learning agility to build business acumen. Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
