Insight Global Executive Assistant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description

We are looking to hire a professional, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, quick-thinking individual who is good at communicating, prioritizing and multi-tasking to serve as our CEO's executive assistant as well as assist with daily operations.

Some responsibilities include:

· Managing calendars and appointments

· Formatting information for internal and external communication -- memos, emails, presentations, reports

· Facilitating cross-channel communication from customers and employees

· Helping to respond to emails and messages, and screen/ direct phone calls

· Organize meetings and conferences and taking notes.

· Maintain office supplies and equipment.

· Perform administrative tasks as needed.

· Assist with operational tasks as needed.

Skills and Requirements

· Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

· Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues

· Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening

· Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels

· Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite

· Proficient in Google Workspace · CRM Experience is a bonus

· At least one year of experience in a start up company null
