Responsibilities

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for development and execution of marketing strategies that align with the company sales strategy to increase revenue for the company.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies including website content, SEO and specific marketing campaigns.

  • Plans and executes, database marketing, email, social media, and advertising.

  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Develop and maintain dashboards in PowerBI showing performance towards KPI’s.

  • Create and maintain content on company website. Reviewing and analyzing content for areas that can be improved and optimized.

  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

  • Maintains social media presence across all digital channels.

  • Measure leads, conversation rate of leads and value of leads generated through dynamics

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, digital marketing, marketing, communications, or equivalent.

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns · Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engine.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Working conditions:

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop.

  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Sitecore (or other CMS), (or other CRM), and Pardot (or other MAP), Hub Spot, Marketing Automation, and CRM

  • Experience in B2B marketing
