People in deals at PwC will focus on providing consulting services related to people and talent aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. You will work closely with clients to assess the people implications of deals, develop integration strategies, and provide guidance on talent retention, organisational design, and cultural alignment. Working in this area, you will assist clients in managing change and maximising the value of their human capital during deal transactions.

As part of the Workforce Consulting team, you engage with clients during pivotal business decisions such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. As a Senior Manager, you provide strategic guidance, leveraging your influence and knowledge to solve complex problems and develop top-performing teams. You manage project workflows, stakeholder expectations, and budgets, while fostering an environment of trust and innovation.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
7 years of experience

Master of Business Administration in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, or Organizational Management preferred
Utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint effectively
Communicating technical matters clearly to stakeholders

Preparing resources and leading client meetings

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
