We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As part of our team as a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for handling a high volume of data entry tasks, maintaining accurate databases, and ensuring all information is correct. This role sits at the intersection of data management and the non-profit sector, providing vital support to our development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input a high volume of gifting information into Salesforce CRM efficiently and accurately

• Ensure all entered information is correct, rectifying any errors as necessary

• Maintain accurate databases, updating and managing records regularly

• Assist the development team with additional data entry related tasks and projects as assigned

• Utilize skills in data entry, database management, and Salesforce.com to perform tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data entry and related software applications

• Experience in database management, preferably in a similar role

• Proficient in using Salesforce.com or similar CRM software

• Excellent typing speed with high level of accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Knowledge of data confidentiality principles
