OpenNMS is seeking a Customer Value Manager (CVM) who is self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving abilities to join our sales team. This person is responsible for executing initiatives that drive prospect engagement and is responsible for responding to inbound calls and performing outbound calls for prospective clients interested in our network monitoring platform. The CVM is able to build rapport with clients effectively and is seen as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor of our products. The team member will work closely with the broader team to develop, manage, and execute various campaigns in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Respond, engage, and qualify leads and inquiries as sales opportunities Create and manage outbound prospect campaigns, which may target our current Horizon community, previous closed lost opportunities, and specific verticals like healthcare Regularly track and manage lead and pipeline activity, working closely with internal SMEs to progress deals Synthesize lead and pipeline trends while providing relevant data and insights across the company Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and continuously optimize tactics to improve effectiveness in achieving targets Proactively develop other sales strategies and leverage key insights and advanced analytics to drive new opportunities

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field (equivalent years of professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree) 2+ years' experience in Sales or Customer Service role, preferred Healthcare industry knowledge, preferred Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Advanced communication skills, verbal and written Ability to collaborate with inter and cross-departmental team members Effective problem solver with strong analytical skills Very good multitasking and organizational skills High degree of personal organization, time management and ability to multi-task

The salary range for remote US-based applicants for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location. $65,000 - $87,000 base salary, plus bonus potential.
