We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Customer Service Representative, located in Center City of Philadelphia. PRWT Services, Inc. is a high-performance provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and facilities management services to governmental and commercial clients nationwide. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Accurately handle complaints concerning tickets or services rendered in a professional and courteous manner in a high-volume call center Accurately process, document and record mail correspondence Research and review correspondence to assess action to be taken Prepares paperwork for processing of refund due to customers Schedule hearings Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 6 months of high-volume call center experience Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume area. AVAILABILITY Candidate must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm. Scheduling is based on the need of the call center. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, write, and understand English and/or Spanish. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
