Salary Grade: T25 Learnmoreaboutthe"T"salary structure here:https://careers.temple.edu/sites/careers/files/documents/TSalaryStructure.pdf Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Information and Instructional Technology and Senior Associate Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing, the CRM Systems Specialist is responsible for the development of business process improvement as it relates to the functionality of Ellucian CRM Recruit and related customer relationship management systems. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the continued technical development and implementation of the CRM Recruit system for the College of Education. This position will actively enhance the strategic use of CRM Recruit and related systems to support college enrollment goals and priorities by developing new and enhanced system functionality. Working with the College of Education Office of Enrollment Management, the CRM Systems Specialist will identify needs and requirements, application and business processes, and analyze specific business problems to develop and implement the appropriate technology solutions. The incumbent will collaborate on the CRM Recruit implementation plan with the college and university CRM team, complete multiple rounds of testing and verification in development and preproduction environments, move final changes to production, and work to enhance functionality after implementation by identifying and developing any new workflows, views, dashboards, reports, campaigns, application or console form changes. The CRM Systems Specialist will create system documentation and training materials, conduct training for system users, and provide first-level support for College of Education staff using CRM Recruit. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related technical experience using a customer relationship management system. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills & Abilities: Experience with Banner or other ERP systems. Strong strategic, analytical, programming, interfacing and testing skills. Demonstrated ability to elicit and document user requirements and to document completed applications. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with high-level knowledge of data management using Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to relate to a diverse group of management and staff. Ability to work evenings and/or weekends, if necessary. Preferred: Experience in an admissions setting in higher education Experience with Ellucian CRM Recruit This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
