Job Title: Financial AnalystJob Description

We are urgently seeking a Financial Analyst to backfill a crucial role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in standard costing and inventory analysis, with significant experience in FP&A and SAP. This role requires handling ad hoc requests and working extensively with large data sets in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct standard costing and inventory analysis to assist with divestiture processes.

• Manage and analyze large data sets within Excel, creating pivot tables, V-lookups, and using SUMIFs.

• Handle cost accounting, cost analysis, and variance analysis.

• Prepare and report on inventory, standard costs, and actuals.

• Utilize SAP for cost, standard costing, variance, and inventory reporting for over 150 SKUs.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 3+ years of experience with standard costing and inventory.

• 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing organization with a revenue of $500 million+ and/or has multiple lines of business, international functions, or a matrixed organization.

• 3+ years of experience working with large data sets in Excel.

• 5+ years of experience in a mid to senior level cost or FP&A role.

• Consulting experience.

• Experience with SAP within the past 5 years.

• Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables, V-lookups, and SUMIFs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in plant manufacturing accounting.

• Experience with SAP Product Costing.

• Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

• Advanced Excel skills, including Macros.

Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid work environment, with 3 days onsite (Tuesday to Thursday) at one of the nicest buildings in Philadelphia. The building is equipped with a park, parking garage, and a cafe, and is conveniently located next to the 30th Street Station and Route 76 for easy commuting. The company treats contractors like full-time employees, providing a supportive work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.
