We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Finance and Accounting team. This position offers the right candidate a tremendous opportunity to join a growing company. An ideal candidate is self-sufficient and simultaneously excels as part of a team.

The Staff Accountant is responsible for preparing journal entries, reconciliations and supporting the Finance and Accounting team with the global consolidation and preparation of financial reports. The Staff Accountant will also assist with the preparation of financial analysis and support the integration of systems and newly acquired entities as needed. The Staff Accountant will have interaction with senior leadership within the company.

Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA a plus

  • 2-3 years of experience, including exposure to the financial reporting and consolidations process

  • General ledger account reconciliation and analysis

  • Preparation of journal entries and supporting documentation

  • Month end close management and preparation of financial reports

  • Experience with ERP software packages required, JDE and/or OneStream a plus

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with the preparation and presentation of financial statements

  • Self-starting personality with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

  • Must be well organized and detail oriented

  • Ability and inclination to roll up sleeves and dig in

  • Team-oriented with the ability to contribute and adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

  • Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point
